At Mistiva, every piece is designed to make you feel elegant and confident. If something doesn’t feel perfect, we’re here to make the return process smooth and effortless.


Return Window

We offer a 72-hour return request window starting from the time your order is delivered.

To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition
  • All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included
  • The item should show no signs of wear, damage, or alteration

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please visit our Returns section or contact our support team through the Contact page.

Once your request is approved, our team will share the pickup instructions and next steps.


Refunds

Approved returns are processed in the form of Store Credit, which can be used for future purchases on Mistiva.

Store credit will be added to your account after the returned item passes our quality inspection.


Return Shipping Charges

A nominal reverse pickup fee may be deducted from the final refund/store credit amount to cover return logistics costs.


Damaged or Incorrect Products

Every Mistiva order undergoes careful quality checks before dispatch.

If you receive:

  • A damaged item
  • A defective product
  • The wrong product

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the issue.

Eligible cases will receive a replacement or resolution at no additional cost.


Order Cancellations

To ensure quick order processing and dispatch, orders cannot be cancelled once placed.

We kindly request customers to review their cart and shipping details carefully before completing the purchase.


Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For selected COD orders, a small advance payment may be required during checkout.

If a COD order is refused, returned, or remains undelivered due to customer unavailability, the advance amount and shipping charges may be non-refundable.


Using Store Credit

Using your Mistiva Store Credit is simple:

1. Log In

Sign in using your registered email account.

2. Add Your Favorites

Add your desired jewellery pieces to the cart.

3. Proceed to Checkout

At checkout, select the option to apply your available Store Credit.

Your balance will automatically be adjusted against the order total.
